FROM CAD. TO A BUILDABLE VISION.

Instead of handing the concept to an outside designer, Chairman Choi directed the entire transformation with ChatGPT: reading the landlord CAD source, creating the operational 2D plan, developing the engineering drawing, producing the 3D experience and reviewing the contractor's final proposal.
