We are aiming to complete the two trucks by October 10, with handover planned around October 15, subject to the builder’s confirmation and inspection. Kai will arrange delivery of the Da Nang truck within about three days after handover. Both cities are preparing their locations and teams; operating dates will follow the required checks and approvals.

We plan to bring kimbap, tteokbokki, odeng and hotteok to events and permanent bases. At each base we are preparing walk-in visits, pickup and delivery, so we can reach customers well beyond where the truck is parked.

We are planning the outdoor space at GO! An Lạc Mall as our Ho Chi Minh City base. Where electricity and water hookups are available we are preparing on-site sales and delivery, and on event days the truck moves to the venue.
Da Nang does not have a permanent parking and sales base yet. Please recommend a good spot with electricity, water, and easy access for customer pickup and delivery. Once a location is reviewed and selected as a base, we plan to run on-site truck sales together with delivery to the surrounding area.

We are also still looking for daytime spots in busy downtown, university and office areas. In Da Nang we are looking for both a temporary parking spot before the truck arrives and a long-term operating location. Please recommend good spots in either city — we will review whether on-site sales and delivery are possible.
