A new address.
A bigger moment.
Our planned space at Vincom Plaza Lê Văn Việt has changed from the earlier L2-23 option to L2-18. Here is the real mall exterior and its location; the store interior will be shown after the CAD plans are ready.

A lively Korean food experience for mall visitors, with dine-in and convenient takeaway in mind. Final equipment, seating, and circulation will follow the L2-18 CAD and mall approvals.

A warm place to meet, eat and return to. The L2-18 interior and technical layout are being developed from the actual premises.

The L2-18 plan will be developed after we receive the CAD drawing. We will share the 2D plan, realistic 3D views and the construction story as they are verified.

04 / WHAT'S NEXT
A new year.
A new meeting place.
We are working toward a December handover and an opening in early January. We will update the dates as the site and approvals are confirmed.
Target handover
Planned receipt of the L2-18 space, subject to F&B conversion and handover readiness.
Fit-out and preparation
Approximately one month planned for construction, commissioning and team preparation.
Opening target
Welcoming our first guests in early January 2027, subject to construction and approvals.
Targets as of September 2026; dates may change after handover and technical review.
COMPANY PROFILE
We are building more than a restaurant. K-Ramen Studio is a K-Culture F&B company connecting Korean food, culture, music and experience — beginning in Da Nang and growing toward the world.
Kimbap, tteokbokki and odeng are prepared in full view. Preparation becomes part of the experience and part of the social-media story.
Growth is not the destination. It is the fuel for the next store, the next generation of people and a greater capacity to give.
